How do I apply my new vinyl decal?


Each order is included with detailed instructions and everything you need for applying your decal inside of your package. If you have any additional questions, I am always happy to help!




How long will my order take to arrive?


-Decals have a lead time of 1-3 business days, and then your order will be shipped! If you choose "standard shipping" the time it takes in transit varies. Typically, it will arrive in 3-5 days. If there is a delay, let me know and I will see what I can do! -Wood signs and personalized items have a lead time of 1-2 weeks until shipping. Although, they are shipped as soon as they are finished. They are sent priority mail, which has a transit time of 2-3 business days and includes tracking.




I need help with deciding what size decal to order.


No problem! Just contact me and I will work with you to find the size decal that would work best for you! -Common car decal sizes are 5" and up. The best way to figure out what will look best on your vehicle is to measure the size you are considering, cut it out on a piece of paper and hold it up on your car to see if you like the way it fits. This is all based on preference! -Common sizes for laying vertically on a tumbler is 1.5" tall, but depends on the height of your cup. -Common sizes for Yeti or RTIC cups vary based on size, but typically are 2.5-3.5". Any questions regarding sizing, just ask and I am happy to help!




Do you ship internationally? What methods of payment do you accept?


-Sorry, at this time Simply Sallie is only shipping within US states only. It is my goal to be able to ship internationally soon, so keep a lookout! -Simply Sallie accepts all major forms of cards and paypal. You can ensure that you are shopping safe with added privacy protection and secure shopping added to our site.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?


All orders include tracking and insurance. If your order hasn't arrived after 3-5 business days, let me know. This order includes tracking, so you will be able to view the information. If your order is marked "delivered" and you do not have your order, please first contact USPS and they can sometimes locate your order. I am always here to help, so if you have any questions regarding your order, just ask!




Can I pickup a local order?


Yes! If you live in the Anderson SC area, I am happy to meet up with you for orders placed $15 and up. Just send me a message on here and we will make the arrangements before you order.
