How do I customize my order?

Each order is included with instructions on how to customize your order!

There is a link to a mockup tool in each description where you can browse different fonts.

In the personalization area of your order, simply include your personalization details with the exact way you want the sign to be. For example:
Wording: Let's Stay Home
Font: Family
Color: Black

Please check your order details with typos carefully. Also ensure your shipping address is accurate.

If you want a more in depth mockup, just reach out and we will send you a mockup to your e-mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We do our best to ship in 1-3 business days. Around holidays and busy seasons occasionally it can be slightly longer. Please ensure all details are included in your order so it won't delay your shipping.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included. Small items ship USPS, and larger items will ship UPS. Time in transit varies, but typically is 2-6 business days. The rare instance of carrier delays can occur, but please reach out with any questions.

I need help with deciding what size to order.

No problem! Just contact me with any questions and I will do my best to help. Here are some common scenarios that may be helpful:
 
- Let's say you are ordering a wood sign for your living room, and you know what space the sign will be.
	First, determine your font and wording. If you are curious on what size to order, reach out with the following info: size of the area you want your sign to fit into, font choice and wording, and if you want the sign all on one line or stacked in a certain way. I will then help you determine the size to order. 
 
- Let's say you don't know what size to put above a crib.
	 When you order a nursery name sign, the size you are ordering is measured with the first name only. The sign includes the middle name as well, but it will be included underneath the first name. The most common size for above cribs is typically around 36", but some people like larger, and some longer. If you have any questions on what size your sign will be reach out with the following info: the first and middle name, the font choices for first and middle name, and the general sizing in width you are hoping to see the dimensions for. 
 
- Common size signs for event and wedding signs are typically 36", but some like to go smaller and some larger. I have found it's best to know the space you are working with, and see the size you think will fit your space best. If able, get some painters tape and tape out an area for different sizing to see how it will look! This can be very helpful for visualization! 
 
Sizing can be tricky and we understand due to the custom nature of each sign, it can vary so much. Any questions regarding sizing, just ask and I am happy to help!
