SHIPPING POLICY
- We strive to send all orders out within 3-5 business days! Around holidays, processing times may be longer. Please reach out if you have any questions.
- Orders are all shipped with tracking and insurance included. Smaller items are shipped USPS, and larger items are shipped UPS/Fedex. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships. The time in transit varies item to item, but typically arrives in 2-6 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Simply Sallie does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, although please let me know if there is a problem or mistake with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Thank you!
