SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to send all orders out within 1-3 business days! Around holidays, processing times may be longer. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Orders are all shipped with tracking and insurance included. Smaller items are shipped USPS, and larger items are shipped UPS.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships to your e-mail. The time in transit varies item to item, but typically arrives in 2-6 days. In the rare case of carrier delays, this is always a possibility. If your item seems lost in transit, please reach out to us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns, and we will work through it! Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order. In the rare instance of damage, please attach pictures to your e-mail.
In any instance you decide you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the creation of your product is already started, but please reach out.
how to customize your product
Our products are made to order, which means each product is created from scratch when you place your order.
We include a mockup tool in the listing description of each order, so this will give you an opportunity to view font options. If you want a more in depth mockup, please reach out requesting this, and we will respond with a mockup.
Be sure to review your spelling and personalization details carefully — I create your design exactly as entered.
